CloudFactory Terms of Use
In order to use the CloudFactory API, access the information contained on the CloudFactory website or make use of the services provided by CloudFactory, you (hereinafter referred to as "You") must first read this agreement (the "Agreement") and accept it. You may not avail Yourself of the CloudFactory API, Website or Services if You do not accept this Agreement and terms therein.
For purpose of this Agreement, (a) "CloudFactory", "we", "us" means CloudFactory, Inc. a company based in Hong Kong. "Site" means the CloudFactory website located at cloudfactory.com or any subdomains under it, including all services provided by us to you through the service platform on the Site.

Listing and Promotions Generally: As a Requester or Provider, you may not use our API or service to sell, offer for sale, request, purchase, or provide any Service that violates applicable law or is prohibited by the Policies. Notwithstanding any provision of this Agreement CloudFactory will have the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the content, appearance, design, functionality, and all other aspect of the Site.

Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CloudFactory and its affiliates will not be liable for any damage arising out of or in connection with this agreement, the site, the payment service, the site services, the inability to use the site service, or any service purchased or transaction entered into through the site.

Links: CloudFactory has not reviewed all of the websites linked to or from CloudFactory website and is not responsible for the content of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by CloudFactory. Use of any such link is at the user's own risk.

Termination: You may at any time elect to stop using the Site provided you abide by all applicable CloudFactory policies, procedures and guidelines. CloudFactory, in its sole discretion, may terminate this agreement, suspend access to the Site, or remove any service listings immediately with notice for any reason.

Term of Use Modification: CloudFactory may revise these terms of use for its website any time without notice. By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms of Use.
CloudFactory Privacy Policy
CloudFactory does not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with other people or nonaffiliated companies except to provide products or services you've requested, when we have your permission, or under the following circumstances:
- We respond to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process, or to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims;
