  • The People Ops Manager will lead the People Operations Team within the Workforce Department at CloudFactory



  • Marketing to & recruiting people according to the skill sets required for project delivery
  • Conduct Onboarding Assessments and maintenance of new or onboarded workers
  • Ensure that the systems in place are operating efficiently

People Selection, Communication & Supervision

  • Ensure maximum utilization to help meet capacity requirements of TAT and throughput
  • Work with cross functional squads to ensure that projects are operating smoothly
  • Match availability and skills distribution of existing and new workers
  • Fulfill worker requests from Capacity Operations
  • Provide clear communication & diligent supervision

People Productivity

  • Equip people with skills to perform and excel in our platform
  • Build efficient Payout Programs
  • Represent the Workforce Department in cross-functional squads

Skills and Experiences:

  • 5 years experience, preferably in a high-growth tech company
  • Management Experience
  • Working knowledge of BPO operations
  • Proven ability to design lean processes
  • Prior exposure to designing and delivering training

Job Responsibilities:

    • Own Agile Projects from beginning to end
    • Learn client’s business and develop timeline to achieve milestones
    • Manage throughput, accuracy of the project and client expectations
    • Review contracts
    • Create capacity projections and communications
    • Clearly and effective communicate with clients

Own the financials of the project

    • Manage the monthly billing process
    • Develop cost estimates during the initial phases of a project

Manage worker training

  • Understand client requirements for a project and synthesize them into clear instructions for the workers
  • Distill Client business rules into clear instructions for workers
  • Prepare training documents

Required Skills:

  • Excellent Communicator - written, verbal, internal & external
  • Proven ability to lead, teach and work well with groups of people
  • Proven ability to quickly analyze and solve problems
  • Proven ability to multitask and prioritize work in an intelligent way
  • Experience working with spreadsheets and data

Prefered qualification and experience:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in project or client management, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Bachelor’s Degree
