Getting your own CloudFactory workforce is a great way to offload or augment your heavy-duty data work. You will get a Team Lead, who is your main operational point of contact and becomes your domain expert, as well as a Client Success Manager, who is will be your US or UK based strategic point of contact — your CSM will help ensure that you continually receive and evolve your business value in your partnership with CloudFactory. You will also get a Cloud Team — as large or small as you need for your work — comprised of our vetted, trained, and professionally managed workforce.
Tech is infused into every aspect of working with you. You will have access to our proprietary web-based project management and communication platform. All work is accessed and processed through our custom-built WorkStream Browser, customers can collaborate via WorkStream Channels and check the health of their WorkStream with WorkStream Pulse, all of which is included in every WorkStream. We also offer optional add-ons like WorkStream Flow, our micro-tasking platform for high-volume work that needs to scale, and WorkFlow Shield, perfect for work needing extra layers of security.
A monthly subscription package is best for ongoing work and processes that scale over time. You can subscribe to a set block of hours every month according to the capacity you need. Alternatively, the one-time option (what we call “Flexpass”) is best for one-time or irregular projects, such as when you are processing a large dataset. A FlexPass provides a finite set of hours that is good for 90 days, providing flexibility over how those hours are allocated over the course of the engagement. So, if you've got ongoing work, the monthly subscription is the way to go. But if you have a one-time project, or you’re experimenting with a new process, a FlexPass is the right move.
